We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team.
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks, including invoicing via QuickBooks and matching vendor invoices with packing slips.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent attention to detail.
Experience in a production setting is helpful.
Duties:
- Assist with the preparation of customer invoices - Match and review vendor packing slips and invoices for accuracy and payment - Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records - Prepare bank deposits - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Answer incoming phone calls - Assist with incoming in-store client requests - Basic office tasks
Experience:
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Proven experience working as an Accounting Clerk or similar role - Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Excellent mathematical skills, including a solid understanding of debits and credits If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting, we encourage you to apply for this position.
