As an advisor, you will be one of the first points of contact for our service customers! You will be responsible for identifying what brings the customer in and using that knowledge to provide solutions and maintenance to keep their investment on the road.
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment will allow you to succeed in this role.
Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills and a working knowledge of vehicle maintenance/repairs.
Responsibilities:
Represent the dealership in a professional manner.
Work together as a team with all technicians, advisors, and supervisors.
Greet customers in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service from beginning to end.
Walk around the vehicle performing a visual inspection checking tires, wipers, inspection date and for any damage while recording findings.
Go over everything that the customer is coming in for during this visit.
Restate all issues back to the client to verify information and set expectations for vehicle time of pick up or if the client is waiting.
Verify customer information (name, address, phone number).
Ask for a preferred way of contact and obtain a signature.
Create proper repair orders with detailed information of the customer concerns and dispatch work to the appropriate technicians in a timely manner.
Keep customers informed of vehicle status and address any issues with the vehicle.
Contact the customer upon completion of the vehicle going over all repairs, pricing and payment options.
Explain CSI survey and establish a time for pick up or delivery of vehicle.
Make sure the vehicle is properly repaired and clean before delivery.
