Smail Auto Group Smail Auto Group Greensburg, PA Greensburg, PA Full-time Full-time $20 - $28 an hour $20 - $28 an hour 8 days ago 8 days ago 8 days ago Bud Smail Ford and Lincoln is looking for a Mobile Service Technician that will be responsible for off-site service work performed from our state-of-the-art, brand new 2023 Transit 350 which includes all tools! Technicians will examine vehicles to determine the nature and cause of the service or repair needed, perform the service or repair, and communicate with the customer.
This can include:
maintenance, visual inspection, and removal of parts and attachments.
Installation with the help of proper manuals, report writing, disassembly, assembly, parts reuse evaluation, and reconditioning.
Mobile Service Technician Commute via Mobile Service Van to customer's home or work and perform service and repairs.
Consult with customer on work to be performed such as Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
Complete vehicle inspection report Diagnosis and repair of vehicle Perform minor recalls.
Part of Predictive Repair Intelligence identifying customers repair needs before the service appointment.
Be an integral part of our team during down time in out brand new shop.
Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first.
This position will require certification from Ford Motor Company Mobile Service Technician Communication skills - communicates effectively with others.
Time management - managing one's own time and time of others.
Basic computer skills.
