Our Customer Service Representatives present and sell our complete line of top and side mount industrial air conditioners.
They collaborate with multiple organizations in the sales network to create sales, develop their customers and pursue leads to qualify new accounts.
We grow by identifying the marketplace needs and applying the correct solution to the customer application.
Work hours are Monday - Friday Only.
JOB SUMMARY The Customer Service position is responsible for all sales activities to maintain current customer accounts and develop new customer leads ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Present and sell company products to current customers in database Identify specific sales targets and recommend products to customers, based on customer's needs and interests Follow up on leads to develop new customers and advance networking opportunities Communicate clearly with customers through phone contact and email to negotiate prices and other sales terms Estimate quotes and purchase orders compliant with ISO standards, provide credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates Resolve customer concerns according to company policies and document customer interaction in customer service module Maintain current product knowledge to answer customer questions about product, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms JOB QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of 2 years over the phone product and/or sales experience is required Proven experience in observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from relevant sources and utilizing the information to choose the best solutions and solve problems Strong interpersonal and communication skills as demonstrated in previous employment Salary is commensurate with experience WORK ENVIRONMENT Administrative office setting Contact with others via telephone, deals with external customers, works within a team and use of electronic mail Time is spent on the phone with customers while researching and inputting information into sales software Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
