The Pricing Department at Scott Electric is responsible for creating, updating and maintaining product selling prices.
The Non-Stock Quoting Specialist will focus on providing non-stock product quotes to the sales departments.
This entry-level position will lead to additional responsibilities within the department and the Company with the ongoing implementation of the new CloudSuite ERP system.
The Pricer may be expected to research and interpret market conditions and analyze competitive feedback in order to create and implement a pricing strategy that supports Scott Electric's goal of offering customers the most competitive prices for Electrical products in the markets it serves.
Shift:
M-F 8am-5pm Pay Scale:
$20.

Responsibilities:
The non-stock quoting specialist's primary responsibility is to provide sales staff with non-stock product quotes.
Other responsibilities may include:
Utilize cost information, market research and competitive information to create and implement an aggressive pricing strategy.
Create, update and adjust individual product prices within a multiple Price Class system.
Maintain per-account product contract prices.
Data entry and File Maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
Detail oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Possess basic mathematical ability.
Computer and technology skills including:
Use of Windows-based computers and web browsers.
Competent typing skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated with the ability to focus on and switch between multiple ongoing tasks and responsibilities.
Must work well independently and with others.
