Expectations:
Family engagement, including planning and maintaining service goals Assess and evaluate progress and prognosis Build professional relationships with stakeholders (e.
g.
schools, community resources, legal system, public housing) and adhere to timely follow up Daily documentation of service contacts, court and monthly reporting, and communication with referring agency Transport clients as needed using your own vehicle Ability to handle crisis management, including prompt response to immediate case needs Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in administration of justice, social work, psychology, or related field Driver's license, car insurance, and vehicle Child Abuse, State Police, and FBI clearances Willing and able to work non-traditional hours and drive to locations across Westmoreland County Job Type:
