1K a year 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago SUMMARY 814 Lanes and Games' General Manager is involved with all aspects of the center's operations including bowling, arcade and oversees event planning! As the General Manager, you are responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue and cost objectives, hiring, training and motivating team members while working with the team to ensure guest service levels exceed expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations Developing location-based goals and initiatives to support business strategy and achieve corporate goals.
Understanding and accountability for adherence to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements.
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance Appropriate analysis of P&L and oversight of department managers to achieve all revenue category goals, including ensuring proper cash handling procedures, developing and implementing upselling opportunities, and creating and enforcing proper transaction processes Training and managing department managers to ensure product and guest service standards are met throughout the location Creating and running reports.
Work closely with department managers and corporate staff to implement revenue-driving initiatives including:
Be familiar with Seasonal promotions.
Oversees and assists with event planning and leading events.
Overseeing a team of approximately 100 hourly team members to exceed guests' expectations.
Should be comfortable working with young children.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience in a high-volume environment Customer Service skills Must be able to safely lift/push/pull heavy objects on an ongoing basis.
Education/Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two or more years of experience in general management.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
