CCLT is looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain education customer accounts and serve as our main point of contact for the school districts.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others as well as a drive for providing proactive, customer-focused support.
Applicants should have basic IT knowledge, be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and have a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Inside sales and support for our established customer base, maintaining accurate customer records, and working with CCLT's internal teams for quoting and ensuring efficient work flow.
