Our Administrative Assistants are responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting and assisting clients, locating individuals and general office support.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with a positive attitude who can work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Administrative Assistants will often be the first point of contact for our clients, so it's important to have strong communication skills as well as an outgoing personality.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephone calls and greet people in a friendly manner.
Answer questions and provide information.
Gather information from clients by asking questions.
Answers client's questions.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
