Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow - Manage inventory and stock levels, including ordering and restocking as needed - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products - Train and supervise shop staff, providing guidance and support as necessary - Develop and implement strategies to optimize shop performance and increase sales - Monitor market trends and competition to adjust pricing and product offerings accordingly - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and prompt resolution - Maintain a clean and organized shop environment - Utilize strong math skills for cash handling, inventory management, and financial reporting Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in a retail or shop setting - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Strong math skills for inventory management, cash handling, and financial reporting - Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in the industry - Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team of employees - Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills.
