As a Customer Service Representative you will provide quality and efficient customer service to all BearCom customers, both external and internal.
One centralized front door into BearCom, with the end result being to obtain more business from the customer through satisfaction! RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for answering and responding to incoming customer calls/inquiries.
Respond to correspondence that may come through via e-mail and/or fax.
Verifying the accuracy of packing slips for orders being processed.
Quality Control for accuracy of product pulled being on customer's order.
Assists customers and troubleshoots questions, issues, complaints, inquiries related to products and services sold, repairs, and/or order status.
Often requires extensive research and interaction with various departments to resolve problem.
Handle shipping and track customer shipments.
Work with multiple carriers via phone, internet, etc.
Performs other general office duties as required.
That may include receptionist duties, order entry, collections or QC checking.
May be asked to participate in special projects related to department.
Must be PC literate and familiar with the Internet.
Ability to interpret polices and procedures.
Good aptitude in solving customer service issues.
Exercises professional telephone procedures and e-mail correspondence skills.
Ability to work as a team player and build rapport not only with the Support Service team but with the sales reps and the remaining members of the Operations team.
Multitask oriented.
Candidate must have enthusiasm for customer service and understand the requirements of genuine customer commitment.
Operational knowledge of major office equipment.
Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Position reports directly to General Manager.
Background checks are part of the hiring process, which may also include a Motor Vehicle Check.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
