The Sales & Production Administrative Assistant provides clerical assistance to the Sales Manager and Sales staff while keeping customer orders on track to meet schedule requirements.
The ideal candidate must be a quick study with the ability to communicate clearly and resolve customer concerns when they arise.
Responsibilities:
Mange order log Complete customer order forms Monitor Orders In-Box and Sales In-Box Correspond with customers with order changes and updates Sales receptionist Answer incoming calls and route within the Sales department Assist the Sales Manager and Sales team Monthly reports Entering Parts Orders Quote preparation Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Prioritize work and manage time effectively Self-motivated, works independently or within a team Job Type:
