The ideal candidate is a well organized, a self-starter with some experience in an administrative role.
Training for specific job functions will be provided.
The ability to multitask and learn is key in this role.
The position will be a full-time position, during general business hours (8:
00am - 4:
30pm).
Some job responsibilities (e.

, travel arrangements) may need to be completed past normal working hours (including weekends) on occasion.

Our staff of highly trained and professional safety consultants have proven experience in developing safety management programs for all types of industries such as petrochemical refining, wind energy, power utilities, steel, manufacturing, and new construction.
Administrative Assistant's responsibilities include:
Calendar management via Microsoft Outlook Regular Travel Arrangements-Domestic:
Coordinate flight, hotel and vehicle rental; advise employees on travel-related requirements.
Monitors active travel to ensure all arrangements are executed as arranged or needed (employee and executive travel).
Track corporate IT equipment Track and arrange shipping for employee's equipment Monitor and report charges to corporate credit card Assist with organizing new employee files through cloud-based software Light accounting responsibilities (assist with employee time tracking sheets) Consistently track employee information in up-to-date spreadsheets Assist in organization of corporate events General office responsibilities (Fax, Copy, Scan, File) Answering office phones and directing to appropriate internal office staff Assist departments with generating client certificates and training wallet cards Supply Ordering & inventory management The requirements for the position include:
Associate's degree required 1
years' s of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Ability to multitask Ability work under pressure with a detail-oriented and cohesive team Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Strong follow up and organization skills Job Type:
