We're looking for a personable, technically knowledgeable customer support person to help customers with our engineering-based software applications.
The role includes answering questions, onboarding new customers, and providing virtual training sessions to small groups.
This is a rewarding role working in a small, fast-paced company with little overhead and a great supportive team.
