Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude - Seat guests and manage the seating chart to ensure efficient seating and wait times - Provide accurate wait times and communicate any delays to guests - Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information as needed - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area - Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes - Familiarity with food service operations is a plus - Experience with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is desirable We offer competitive pay rates and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
