Your main responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests and checking them in/out of the hotel Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues or complaints Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions Operating the phone system and directing calls to the appropriate department or staff member Handling guest payments and maintaining accurate records Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-presented Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Previous experience in a front desk or guest relations role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE OF SYNXSIS PLATFORM (WYNDHAM) IS HIGHLY PREFERRED but not required.
