Responsibilities:
Clears dishes and utensils from table and places in bus tub.
Wipes tables and seats.
Picks up debris on floor.
Carries bus tub to dishroom.
Unloads bus tubs.
Racks dishes and utensils.
Pushes racks into automatic dishwasher.
Unracks and stacks clean dishes and utensils.
Delivers clean dishes and utensils to various areas of the restaurant.
Secondary
Responsibilities:
Sweeps and mops floors.
Empties garbage cans.
Cleans rest rooms.
Sweeps parking lot.
Retrieves items from storage.
Cleans and organizes cooler, freezer, and stock room.
Removes snow and ice from sidewalks.
Assists prep cooks and grill cooks by performing cooking duties on an as needed basis.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Requires continuous standing and walking.
Must be able to frequently reach, carry, bend, and squat.
Must be able to carry 35 lbs.
; occasionally carry 50 lbs.
With assistance, must be able to lift and empty garbage cans over 60 lbs.
Must be able to tolerate occasional heat over 90 F and subfreezing temperatures.
Must display a neat and clean appearance.
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing and able to be cross- trained to assist with the prep and grill cooking responsibilities.
