Our client, a leading service provider in their industry who is presently experiencing unprecedented growth, is looking for a Corporate Recruiter based out of Greensburg, PA. This is a unique opportunity for a well-respected leader in their field. The Corporate Recruiter will identify and schedule key service personnel for their existing customer base. Strong recruiting abilities and relationship management skills are keys to success in this position.

KEY JOB
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates Utilize online recruiting resources and in-house applications to identify and recruit the highest quality candidates Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract a diverse group of candidates Work local and university career fairs Develop recruiting strategies to include niche and target recruiting to achieve desired staffing levels for all positions within the organization in a timely manner Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills and experience in relation to position requirements; guide candidates through the credentialing process Provide accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and available positions Manage and coordinate communication with all potential candidates including the scheduling and logistics of interviews and training sessions Conduct group interviews: give company overview, determine the effectiveness of candidates, and distribute, review, and collect applicable paperwork Extend offers of employment to extended candidates Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, interactions with hiring managers, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit Work cooperatively with all member of the team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities; initiate and maintain excellent working relations within the entire company
REQUIREMENTS:
2 plus years of job related and / or recruiting type experience Bachelor's degree Limited travel - travel within 2 hour driving radius (no, or limited overnights) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines Professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Proven problem solving skills


Compensation: Base salary commensurate to experience and benefits (including computer, cell phone, travel reimbursement and healthcare available)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
