You will learn the excellent customer service skills needed to execute Jiffy Lube service procedures with every customer. Our curriculum combines state-of-the-art computer-based instruction with supervised on-the-job training and proficiency examinations to help our Team become skilled in meeting customer maintenance requirements. And Jiffy Lube offers the only fast lube training program with the distinction of being Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certified Training Provider recognized by the American Council on Education (ACE) and American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) for its excellence!
The Customer Service Advisor
Our Customer Service Advisors interact face-to-face with customers to communicate vehicle service recommendations with the intent of educating the customers on their vehicle maintenance requirements. Customer Service Advisors spend most of their work time at the store location directly guiding customers through the Jiffy Lube Signature Service Experience.

Our Customer Service Advisors must
Be able to operate Point of Sale (POS) computer hardware and software with accuracy and acuity
Be able to comfortably, effectively and professionally communicate with customers. Must also be able to effectively communicate with management and other employees.
Be able read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Be able to lift, hold and carry 20 lbs or more throughout the shift as well as bend, climb and stand for extended periods without assistance or significant breaks
Be able to operate a motor vehicle with automatic and/or standard transmission
Our Customer Service Advisors maintain a courteous, enthusiastic, helpful, friendly, sincere positive attitude toward our customers and occasionally assist with the servicing of vehicles.
Our Jiffy Lube locations are not climate controlled so our Customer Service Advisors must be able to enter and work in extreme hot and cold temperatures as well as tolerate exposure to fumes, chemicals and cleaning products
Prior customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred but not necessary. Apply TODAY!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
