CUSTOMER SERVICE - CLERICAL CLERK
Our company is seeking a full or part time Shipping/Receiving clerk for a busy warehouse.
Candidates should:
Be able to multi-task and manage time effectively
Be organized
Be detail-oriented
Be a quick learner
Work well with others and independently
Some basic responsiblities are the following (but not limited to):
Accurately coordinate the receiving and shipping activities
Ensure smooth, timely and confidential flow of information
Answer a multi-line phone
Schedule inbound and outbound carrier appointments
Monitor and effectively communicate via e-mail
Ensure all data entry is accurate before updating in computer and forwarding to customer(s)
Computer skills a must!
You must have reliable transportation.
A background check and drug test are required of all candidates. All candidates will be paid through temp service.
