It is tested and working (small amount of crackle when you turn the knobs.could likely be cleaned up pretty easily). Some marker on the knobs as well. Has a small headphone jack size input 1/8" so including an adapter to convert to 1/4" You just plug in your cord and go from there. Would be a nice addition to a vintage instrument setup!
